The Water by Women Lions Cyber Club is a first-of-its-kind global initiative dedicated to providing clean water and empowering women worldwide. As a cyber club, we connect Lions across borders to drive real change through advocacy, fundraising, and meaningful service projects. As a WBWLC member, associate member, or advocate- your work directly supports clean water access that improves maternal health, female empowerment, and creates positive change where it is needed most.
Water by Women Lions Club is envisioning a global approach to tackling water scarcity by leveraging the compassion and resources of Lions International members worldwide.
Rather than just focusing on local projects, we propose a scalable partnership model that unites Lions Clubs from different regions to fund, implement, and sustain clean water initiatives that focus on empowering women.
This approach would not only maximize impact, but create a powerful network of service-oriented individuals dedicated to solving one of the world’s most pressing issues.

How would you explain Water By Women’s mission to someone new?
“According to the World Health Organization, one in three people globally do not have access to clean drinking water. And yet, every human being, and especially every child, has a right to clean water. Those with resources have the responsibility to help those without. With Water by Women, even people with limited resources can help provide clean water because the organization’s grass-roots solution is inexpensive.”
